- 1 tbsp excess virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp crimson wine vinegar
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 200°C or 395°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the sweet potato pieces throughout the baking tray. Drizzle with 1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil and 1 tsp sea salt.
